Visa procedure

Most visitors to Vietnam need a visa to enter the country. Visas are exempted for the citizens of the countries, which have signed a bilateral or unilateral visa exemption agreement with Vietnam,

tourist visa may be valid for 15 to 30 days.

1/ You can go to the Vietnam embassy of your country, or if you are in a hurry, get a visa from a travel agency. For student visas, you can contact local universities. They will handle the procedure to get you a student visa.

REQUIREMENT and PROCEDURE

Passport of at least 6 months valid.
Visa application form.
2 to 3 of 4*6 inch photo
Visa fee: in a range of 50 - 85US$ if applied directly to Embassy or 25-45 US$ if your visa has been pre-approved. This fee depend on Embassy and Type of visa.
The visa application form may vary from Embassy to Embassy, so you need to take the form from Embassy where you will get the visa. Submit this form filled with your original passport, 2 or 3 photo, visa fee. If you apply directly to Embassy, your information then be sent to Hanoi for approval, so it take about 4 to 10 days (depend on the country you apply). In case, the Visa is approved at Immigration Office in Hanoi, it take you only one day.

2. You don't need to send you passport or come to the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate.

You can save time and money. The easiest way to obtain such a letter is from our Vietnamese travel agent, our clients feels very fast and realiable.

Cost is about $20- 25USD, and a copy of the letter suffices. Upon arrival you need to pay $25 USD (cheaper than from home), 2 passport photos, and fill out the visa form for presenting with the letter.

3. This is impossible to get visa Stamp at Vietnam Airport without pre-visa approval. But this is the express case, we will need 4 business hours according Vietnamese time ( GMT + 7 ) at 8h00Am to 12h00AM or 12h00 to 17h30PM. You will pay more and we can issue the Visa approval for rush case.
